Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 1ibet website at https://1ibet.one and all services associated with it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by the User to access 1ibet services.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in the User's account after deducting all withdrawals and adding all successful deposits.
• "Bonus" refers to any financial incentive or promotion offered by 1ibet to Users.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Wagering" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

References to "1ibet" in this document include the company, its agents, licence holders, and any entity operating under that brand name.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the 1ibet Platform, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1ibet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Users via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use after a change notice is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

User Eligibility

To open an account and use 1ibet services, the User must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be a citizen or resident of a country or territory where the use of these services is unlawful.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be subject to any prohibition imposed by the authorities of any jurisdiction.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of these services is lawful under their local laws. 1ibet makes no guarantee or representation regarding the legality of use in any particular jurisdiction.

Account Registration and Management

Each User is only permitted to hold one active account on the 1ibet Platform. Registering more than one account using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts along with the freezing of balances.

During registration, Users are required to provide true, accurate, current and complete information including:

• Full name as stated on the identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• A valid date of birth.
• An active email address owned by the User.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in the User's name.

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. 1ibet will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account due to the User's own negligence.

Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1ibet Platform are subject to the following conditions:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM20.
• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Deposited funds will be credited to the User's account once payment confirmation is received.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the chosen method and internal verification process.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by the 1ibet team.
• 1ibet reserves the right to delay withdrawals until identity verification is completed.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by 1ibet are subject to the specified wagering requirements. Users must read and understand these requirements before claiming any bonus.

For the 1ibet welcome bonus offering 200% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500:

• The bonus amount received must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Example: A deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM200, bringing the balance to RM300. The required wagering amount is RM200 × 25 = RM5,000.
• Another example: A deposit of RM1,600 will generate the maximum bonus of RM1,500, bringing the balance to RM3,100. The required wagering amount is RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

Promotions may be withdrawn or modified by 1ibet at any time without prior notice. Any enquiries regarding promotions may be directed to the 24/7 customer support team via live chat or email.

User Conduct and Prohibitions

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the 1ibet Platform:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any communication with 1ibet.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technology that manipulates games or the betting system.
• Cooperating with other players to gain an unlawful advantage in games.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner not intended by 1ibet.
• Conducting suspicious financial transactions or those related to money laundering.
• Transferring funds between other users' accounts without 1ibet's approval.
• Using this platform for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, freezing of balances, and appropriate legal action if necessary.

Responsible Gambling

1ibet is committed to responsible gambling practices. The platform provides self-help tools to assist users in managing their betting habits, including options to set deposit limits, loss limits, and cool-off periods.

Users who are concerned about their own betting habits or those of a family member are encouraged to:

• Contact the 1ibet customer support team for guidance on available self-protection tools.
• Consider the self-exclusion option, which can be activated through the account.
• Seek help from relevant responsible gambling support organisations.

1ibet will not allow any user who has activated self-exclusion to use the platform's services until the exclusion period has ended. Users under the age of 21 are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 1ibet is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by the User as a result of using the Platform.
• Service interruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Loss of data or information resulting from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of 1ibet.
• Game outcomes that have been calculated and confirmed as final by the system.

Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry a risk of loss. 1ibet makes no guarantees regarding profits or returns from any betting activity on this platform.

Account Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting 1ibet customer service via live chat or email at [email protected]. All valid remaining balances in the account will be processed for withdrawal subject to current terms.

1ibet reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of a breach of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.
• The User is involved in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• The User fails to comply with identity verification requests within the specified timeframe.
• There are instructions from the relevant authorities.

Account termination decisions made on the grounds of a terms breach are final, and 1ibet reserves the right to withhold balances associated with the activity in question.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The 1ibet platform operates under international licensing. Any dispute regarding the use of the Platform or the terms contained in this document shall be resolved through the following process:

• The User must submit a complaint in writing to the 1ibet customer support team via email at [email protected].
• The 1ibet internal team will review the complaint within a reasonable timeframe and provide a written response.
• If the user is not satisfied with the internal decision, they may refer the matter to the relevant licensing regulatory body in accordance with the prescribed procedures.

Users agree that any legal action related to this platform must be submitted within the jurisdiction specified by 1ibet in accordance with the applicable international licensing terms.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by the relevant court, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this document will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 1ibet Privacy Policy and any specific terms for particular promotions or services, constitute the entire agreement between the User and 1ibet regarding the use of the Platform.

1ibet's failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms & Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision.
